Release Details Page

Page Overview

The Release Details page provides a comprehensive view of a specific software release within a GForge project. This page serves as a project management dashboard that tracks the progress of a particular release by monitoring associated tracker items (tasks, bugs, features, etc.) and their completion status. The page displays key release information including the release name, planned release date, and current status indicators such as "Not Released" and "Private" labels.

The page is organized into several main sections: a progress overview showing completion percentages, visual analytics including remaining tasks by assignee and burndown charts, and a detailed list of all tracker items associated with the release. The progress section shows both numerical and visual representations of completion status, helping project managers and team members quickly assess how close the release is to completion. The analytics section provides insights into workload distribution and project timeline through interactive charts.

The tracker items section presents a comprehensive table view of all tasks associated with the release, displaying essential information such as item summaries, assigned users, priorities, statuses, creation dates, and last modification dates. This tabular format allows for easy scanning and management of individual work items. The page includes standard navigation elements like breadcrumbs and project navigation menus, along with action buttons for editing the release and monitoring changes. Pagination controls are provided for managing large numbers of tracker items, ensuring the interface remains responsive and usable even with extensive task lists.
